Wednesday, Jan 21 | 10:00 am – 11:00 am

This session examines how human dignity, understood through the lens of Imago Dei, can reshape leadership, economic systems, and social responsibility in an increasingly transactional world. It proposes a relational framework that places people at the center of decision making while maintaining excellence, innovation, and accountability. Drawing on the wisdom embodied in the life of Jesus Christ, the discussion highlights leadership grounded in service, stewardship, and responsibility to others. When success is defined not only by outputs but by human flourishing, institutions gain greater resilience, trust, and long term impact. Such an approach offers a compelling pathway toward more inclusive, sustainable, and humane systems.
