Elli Schulz is a Christian leader, writer, and editor whose work sits at the intersection of faith, culture, and public life. She served as President of Chi Alpha Christian Fellowship at Stanford University—one of the largest Christian fellowships on campus—where she led discipleship, prayer, worship, and evangelistic outreach, mentoring students and young women in their faith and helping cultivate a vibrant Christian community on campus.
Elli is also engaged in Christian intellectual dialogue. She was the Vice President and Managing Editor of Vox Clara Magazine through the Augustine Collective, where she oversaw the editorial process for essays exploring Christianity’s role in contemporary culture and society. She also served as Secretary of Veritas Forum at Stanford, an organization dedicated to fostering open, thoughtful dialogue around life’s most meaningful questions. In this role, she helped moderate conversations on faith, values, and technology, including a forum with Pat Gelsinger and John Hennessy on ethics, AI, and the changing world.
Elli studied English Literature and Political Philosophy at Stanford University, focusing on the relationship between religion, culture, and the development of societies. Her academic work spans late Old English through early Renaissance literature, as well as governance, democracy, and social wellbeing. Across her ministry, writing, and scholarship, Elli is committed to exploring how Christian faith can shape leadership and contribute to the flourishing of individuals and societies.
